Type 2 diabetes is one of the most common and serious complications of obesity in Ireland. Many patients find that despite tablets, insulin and lifestyle efforts, blood sugar levels remain difficult to control. Over time, the risks increase for heart disease, kidney damage, nerve problems and vision loss.

For patients living with obesity and type 2 diabetes, bariatric surgery is not simply weight loss surgery. It is metabolic surgery. In many cases, it can significantly improve diabetes control and, for some patients, lead to remission.

If you are researching bariatric surgery for type 2 diabetes in Ireland, understanding which procedure offers the best results is essential.

Why bariatric surgery works for type 2 diabetes

Bariatric procedures do more than restrict food intake. They change gut hormones, insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism.

After surgery, many patients experience:

Rapid improvement in blood sugar levels

Reduced need for diabetic medication

Lower insulin requirements

Improved HbA1c

Reduced cardiovascular risk

These improvements often occur within days to weeks, even before significant weight loss happens.

For patients with obesity-related diabetes, surgery addresses the underlying metabolic dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.

Gastric sleeve and type 2 diabetes

Gastric sleeve surgery (sleeve gastrectomy) removes a portion of the stomach, reducing hunger hormones such as ghrelin and improving insulin sensitivity.

It is effective for:

Patients with BMI 35–45

Early or moderately severe type 2 diabetes

Patients not requiring high-dose insulin

Many patients experience significant improvement, and some achieve remission, particularly when diabetes duration is shorter.

However, in patients with long-standing or insulin-dependent diabetes, the metabolic effect may be less powerful than other procedures.

Gastric bypass and diabetes remission

Gastric bypass surgery has been performed for decades and has strong evidence supporting diabetes improvement and remission.

It works by:

Restricting food intake

Altering nutrient absorption

Creating powerful hormonal changes that improve insulin response

Gastric bypass is often recommended for:

Patients with poorly controlled type 2 diabetes

Higher BMI categories

Those requiring insulin

Remission rates are significant, particularly when surgery is performed earlier in the disease course.

SADI-S and severe type 2 diabetes

For patients with BMI over 45–50, or those with severe and insulin-dependent diabetes, SADI-S (Single Anastomosis Duodeno-Ileal Bypass with Sleeve) offers particularly strong metabolic benefits.

SADI-S combines:

Sleeve gastrectomy

A longer intestinal bypass

Enhanced hormonal and metabolic impact

This procedure is especially effective in:

Long-standing diabetes

High insulin requirements

Severe obesity

Patients declined elsewhere due to complexity

At Blackrock WeightCare, we are leaders in robotic SADI-S surgery in Ireland. For high BMI patients with complex diabetes, SADI-S often provides greater total weight loss and more powerful metabolic control compared to other procedures.

Does bariatric surgery cure type 2 diabetes

The word “cure” is rarely used in medicine. However, many patients achieve remission, meaning normal blood sugar levels without diabetic medication.

The likelihood of remission depends on:

Duration of diabetes

Pancreatic beta cell function

Pre-operative insulin use

BMI

Procedure type

Earlier intervention generally leads to better outcomes.

Even when full remission is not achieved, most patients see:

Reduced medication burden

Lower insulin doses

Improved cardiovascular risk profile

For many, this significantly changes long-term health outcomes.

Choosing the best bariatric surgery for diabetes in Ireland

There is no single “best” procedure for everyone. The right operation depends on:

BMI

Severity and duration of diabetes

Insulin dependency

Reflux symptoms

Previous abdominal surgery

Overall medical complexity

At Blackrock WeightCare, every patient undergoes a comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment. We tailor the procedure to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

As one of the highest-volume robotic surgical operation centres in Europe, we specialise in complex and high BMI cases, particularly SADI-S for patients with advanced metabolic disease.

Why early referral matters

Type 2 diabetes is progressive. The longer it continues, the greater the risk of irreversible pancreatic damage.

Considering bariatric surgery earlier — rather than after years of escalating medication — can improve the chance of remission and reduce long-term complications.

If you are living with obesity and type 2 diabetes and want to understand your options for bariatric surgery in Ireland, a specialist assessment can provide clarity.

Patients with a BMI over 50 rarely present with a single diagnosis. More often, they are living with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnoea, osteoarthritis, fatty liver disease and significant mobility limitation at the same time. For many GPs across Ireland, this group represents some of the most complex cases in everyday practice.

At this level, obesity is not simply excess weight. It is a chronic, progressive disease affecting multiple organ systems simultaneously. The metabolic load is significant, and standard lifestyle advice alone is rarely enough to reverse the trajectory.

How comorbidities compound each other

These conditions do not exist in isolation. They amplify one another. Poor glycaemic control increases cardiovascular risk. Sleep apnoea drives resistant hypertension. Joint pain reduces mobility, which in turn promotes further weight gain. Fatty liver disease progresses silently in the background.

Over time, polypharmacy becomes routine. Despite appropriate prescribing and careful follow-up, disease burden often continues to increase. Patients can feel trapped in a cycle where each new medication addresses a symptom but not the underlying driver.

When medical management reaches its limits

There are often clear indicators that conventional management is no longer enough:

Escalating insulin or multiple diabetic agents

Increasing antihypertensive requirements

Recurrent hospital admissions

Progressive loss of mobility and independence

At this point, the discussion may need to shift from controlling complications to modifying the disease process itself.

The role of metabolic surgery in high BMI patients

Metabolic and bariatric surgery has consistently demonstrated substantial and sustained weight loss in patients with BMI over 50. Procedures such as Gastric Sleeve and Gastric Bypass are effective, but for individuals in the highest BMI categories, SADI-S can provide greater total weight loss and powerful metabolic improvement, particularly for complex diabetes.

At Blackrock WeightCare, we are leaders in robotic bariatric surgery, including robotic SADI-S for high BMI and clinically complex patients. Robotic surgical operations enhance precision and safety.

Patients with very high BMI are sometimes declined elsewhere due to perceived surgical risk. However, the long-term risk of untreated severe obesity must also be considered. With experienced teams and appropriate preparation, even complex cases can achieve meaningful improvement.

A new option for patients with BMI over 50

For patients with a BMI over 50, the aim is not simply weight loss but improvement in serious health conditions. Many experience better diabetic control, fewer medications, improved sleep and greater mobility after surgery.

SADI-S is particularly effective in this group. It delivers significant and sustained weight loss with strong metabolic benefits, especially for type 2 diabetes and severe obesity-related complications.

At Blackrock WeightCare, we are leaders in robotic SADI-S surgery in Ireland, offering advanced care for high BMI and complex cases. We provide a structured two-year aftercare programme to support long-term success. Our SADI-S patients also have access to a dedicated WhatsApp support group, where they can share experiences, encourage one another and build a strong support network.

With the right expertise and ongoing support, meaningful and lasting health improvement is achievable.

If you would like to explore your options, click here to fill out the inquiry form or call 01 255 2479.

For many people living with obesity, the decision to have weight loss surgery comes after years of struggle. But it can be incredibly disheartening to finally take that step — only to be told “your BMI is too high for surgery.”

At Blackrock WeightCare, we understand how discouraging that can feel. But with us, the story doesn’t end with no.
We believe that everyone — no matter their starting point — deserves safe, compassionate, and expert care. And for high-BMI patients, that’s exactly what we provide.

Why Some Centres Turn High-BMI Patients Away

Across Europe, many bariatric centres set strict BMI limits for surgery. These limits are often based on resources, equipment, or experience rather than patient potential. Operating on high-BMI patients does require additional expertise, planning, and advanced technology — but it’s absolutely possible when done in the right hands.

Unfortunately, this means many patients are told they can’t have surgery when, in reality, they simply need a team with the right experience to support them safely.

That’s where Blackrock WeightCare comes in.

Europe’s Leading Expertise in Robotic Bariatric Surgery

At the heart of Blackrock WeightCare’s program is Mr William Robb, one of Europe’s highest-volume Robotic Bariatric Surgeon, recognised for his extensive experience in performing complex and high-BMI surgeries — including the SADI-S procedure.

SADI-S (Single Anastomosis Duodenal–Ileal Bypass with Sleeve) is one of the most advanced forms of bariatric surgery available today.
It’s especially effective for patients who have:

A higher BMI – particularly those with a BMI over 50

Weight regain after previous surgery – particularly weight regain after previous sleeve gastrectomy

Metabolic conditions such as diabetes or PCOS

The SADI-S procedure offers two levels of benefit — restriction (by creating a smaller stomach) and malabsorption (by rerouting part of the intestine).
This combination promotes powerful and sustainable weight loss, often leading to significant improvements in diabetes, blood pressure, and hormonal balance.

William Robb has recently built one of the highest volume robotic SADI-S practices in Europe using robotic precision to enhance safety, reduce recovery time, and improve long-term outcomes — even for patients previously considered “too high-risk” elsewhere.

Safety First — Always

Safety is at the centre of everything we do at Blackrock WeightCare.
Our approach includes:

Comprehensive pre-surgical assessments tailored for high-BMI patients

State-of-the-art robotic surgical systems to improve precision and reduce complications

A highly experienced multidisciplinary team including endocrinologists, dietitians, anaesthetists, and specialist nurses

Close post-operative monitoring to ensure a smooth and supported recovery

We don’t just perform surgery — we create a pathway that allows our patients to heal, progress, and thrive.

A Support System That Lasts

Our care doesn’t end after surgery. Every patient is part of our two-year structured Aftercare Program, which includes:

Regular follow-up appointments and medical reviews

Personalised diet and supplement advice from our expert dietitians

24/7 clinical access during recovery

Emotional and lifestyle support

A dedicated SADI-S WhatsApp community where patients connect, share experiences, and motivate one another

This network of professional and peer support helps ensure that every patient — no matter where they start — has the best chance at long-term success.

A Second Chance at Health — Safely in Ireland

If you’ve been told that your BMI is too high for surgery, or that your case is too complex, please know there are still safe and proven options.
At Blackrock WeightCare, under the care of Mr William Robb, patients across Ireland and Europe have achieved transformative results with advanced procedures such as SADI-S.

If you’d like to learn more about how SADI-S surgery can help you achieve lasting results — even if other centres have said no — you can explore the full procedure and patient information here: Robotic SADI-S at Blackrock WeightCare

The day I tried on my communion dress again, I cried. Not because it fit – but because it was loose.

That small white dress, tucked away for almost two decades, became the moment I truly saw how far I’d come. It wasn’t just fabric and thread – it was proof. Proof that the girl who once hid behind layers of clothes and self-doubt had reclaimed her life.

But let me take you back to where it began.

In June 2024, I made a decision that would change everything. I was 26 stone, uncomfortable in my own body, and exhausted by the smallest things – climbing stairs, standing all day to teach, pretending to feel okay when I wasn’t. I had just qualified as a teacher, a job I’d dreamed of, but every evening I came home drained, my energy gone long before the day was over.

Somewhere deep down, I knew I was surviving, not living.

I started reading about bariatric surgery – cautiously, secretly, the way you search for something you’re afraid to believe might actually help. That’s when I found Blackrock WeightCare.

From the first moment I spoke to Mr. William Robb, something shifted. He didn’t speak in numbers or quick fixes. He spoke with understanding – about health, confidence, and the life waiting on the other side of fear. I was only 23 and nervous about surgery, but he made me feel safe. He made me believe that my body wasn’t broken; it just needed help.

Over the next six months, the team guided me through everything — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I learned what to expect, how to prepare, and most importantly, that this journey wasn’t about losing weight; it was about finding myself again.

In the end, we decided that a Mini Gastric Bypass was right for me. And on the day of surgery, I wasn’t scared anymore. I was ready.

Everything went perfectly. No complications, no panic — just calm, steady care. And after that, came the magic of small changes stacking up into something extraordinary.

The aftercare team became my compass — regular check-ins, gentle reminders, and the kind of encouragement that keeps you grounded when the mirror starts to show a stranger you’re still getting to know.

Slowly, the stairs got easier. The clothes I liked started to fit. The reflection in the mirror began to smile back.

Then one afternoon, on a whim, I went to my wardrobe and found the box with my communion dress. I don’t even know why. Maybe I just wanted to see it — a little symbol of the girl I used to be.

I held my breath as I pulled it over my head.
It didn’t just fit. It floated.

I stood there in front of the mirror, and for the first time in years, I saw myself — strong, proud, and free.

From 26 stone to 14 stone 8 lbs, I lost 160 lbs – but what I gained is so much more.
I gained my life.

This journey wasn’t about changing how I look. It was about changing how I live. And thanks to Mr. Robb and the incredible team at Blackrock WeightCare, I finally feel like I’m living the life that was waiting for me all along.

For many people, gastric sleeve surgery marks a life-changing step toward better health. It reduces hunger, limits portion sizes, and helps patients lose a significant amount of weight — often improving conditions like diabetes, sleep apnoea, and high blood pressure.

But for some, results may slow down over time. Weight loss might plateau, or weight might increase even with continued effort. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and it doesn’t mean your sleeve has failed. It may simply mean that your body needs a different approach to continue progressing. That’s where SADI-S revision surgery comes in.

Understanding the Gastric Sleeve

During a gastric sleeve (or sleeve gastrectomy), around 75–80% of the stomach is removed, leaving a smaller, sleeve-shaped pouch. This limits how much you can eat and reduces hunger hormones, helping with early and effective weight loss.

However, the procedure doesn’t significantly alter the way your body absorbs nutrients and calories. Over time, metabolism can adapt, and the same reduced portions may no longer result in further weight loss.

Why Some Patients Struggle After Gastric Sleeve Surgery

There are several reasons some patients find their results taper off or weight regain becomes an issue:

Metabolic adaptation: The body becomes more efficient at using energy, meaning you burn fewer calories.

Stretching of the sleeve: Over time, the stomach may expand slightly, allowing larger portions.

Underlying hormonal factors: Conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, or thyroid imbalance can affect long-term results.

Weight regain or plateau: Even with healthy eating, the body’s energy balance can shift, leading to stalled progress.

If any of these apply, SADI-S (Single Anastomosis Duodenal-Ileal Bypass with Sleeve) may be the next step to help achieve sustainable results.

What is SADI-S Revision Surgery?

SADI-S is a surgical advancement that builds on the original sleeve gastrectomy.
It combines the restrictive benefits of the sleeve with an intestinal bypass, meaning the body absorbs fewer calories and nutrients.

In simple terms, it helps reduce both how much you eat and how much you absorb — offering dual benefits for long-term weight loss and metabolic health.

Benefits of Converting from Gastric Sleeve to SADI-S

Enhanced weight loss: Many patients who had stopped losing weight after sleeve surgery experience significant additional loss after SADI-S.

Improved diabetes control: SADI-S has shown strong results in improving or even resolving type 2 diabetes.

Better long-term results: Combining restriction and malabsorption reduces the risk of weight regain.

Hormonal balance: Patients often notice improved energy, reduced hunger, and better management of hormonal conditions such as PCOS.

Improved cholesterol and blood pressure: Metabolic improvements are common within months.

If your weight loss has slowed or stopped after a gastric sleeve or if you have experienced weight regain, it doesn’t mean the end of your journey.

SADI-S revision surgery may be the bridge between where you are and where you want to be — helping you regain control of your health, confidence, and quality of life.

At Blackrock WeightCare, your transformation doesn’t stop with surgery — it continues with the care, support, and guidance that follow.

Long-term results depend on ongoing guidance, the right aftercare, and having people around you who truly understand the journey. At Blackrock WeightCare, we know that medical expertise and structured support go hand in hand — and that is why our patients are never left to face the path alone.

Why Support Groups Matter After SADI-S Surgery

Recovering from SADI-S and adapting to a new lifestyle can be both exciting and challenging. Support groups help patients by:

Providing understanding — you are surrounded by people who are going through the same changes.

Offering encouragement — celebrating milestones together keeps motivation high.

Sharing practical advice — from nutrition tips to coping strategies for recovery.

Giving emotional reassurance — reminding you that challenges are normal and manageable.

Thinking about bariatric surgery is a big step. For many people in Ireland, one of the first questions that comes to mind is not just about the procedure itself but also about how it can be paid for. Private health insurance is often part of the conversation, and patients naturally have lots of questions about what is covered, what is not, and how to navigate the process.

Here are some of the most common questions patients ask about insurance and bariatric surgery, answered for you:

1. Is weight loss surgery covered by private health insurance in Ireland?

Yes, many private health insurance plans in Ireland (including VHI, Laya Healthcare, and Irish Life) do cover bariatric surgery. Coverage can depend on the specific procedure, your policy, and your medical history. The most common surgeries that are usually covered include gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, and SADI-S. Each insurer may have their own rules and criteria, so it is important to check directly with your provider, or you can share your details with us, and we can check the cover for you

2. Do I need to meet certain medical criteria?

Yes. Most insurers set specific requirements before they approve bariatric surgery. Typically, you must have a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or above. If your BMI is between 35 and 40, you will also need to have weight-related health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or sleep apnoea. These are known as comorbidities, and they highlight how excess weight is impacting your overall health.

3. Which procedures are typically covered?

Gastric sleeve and gastric bypass are the procedures most often covered by private insurance in Ireland. The best way to be sure is to ask your insurer directly or check with us.

4. Will I need a referral?

If your BMI is 40 or higher, you usually do not need a referral from your GP. However, to begin the insurance pre-approval process, you will typically need a letter from a bariatric surgeon as well as an assessment from a psychologist.

5. Are follow-up appointments and aftercare included in insurance cover?

The aftercare programme with Blackrock WeightCare is not fully covered by insurance. However, in most cases, you can claim back part of the cost over time. For details on how this works with your policy, our team can guide you further by phone.

6. How much of the cost will insurance cover?

Most insurance plans cover the full cost of your admission and surgery. This comes as a surprise to many patients, but it is true!

You may still have an excess or some out-of-pocket expenses. It is important to understand the process and costs involved by speaking with us directly.

7. How long does the approval process take?

Approval can take time, especially if additional medical reports are needed. On average, it may take 4 to 6 months from the point of your initial consultation. Having all of your paperwork ready, including GP or endocrinologist referral letters, psychologist reports, and any test results, can help speed things up.

8. What if my insurance does not cover the surgery?

If your insurance does not cover bariatric surgery, you may choose to self-fund. Many patients decide this is a worthwhile investment in their health when they consider the long-term costs of ongoing medications, such as weight loss injections, which often do not provide lasting results in the same way surgery can. Surgery improves health dramatically, reduces longer term healthcare costs and improves your life expectancy – investing in this seems sensible.

Speaking with our team will help you weigh up the options and understand the best path forward for your situation.

9. Will insurance cover revision surgery?

Revision surgery is sometimes needed if the first operation has not delivered the expected results or if complications occur. Most insurers will cover revision surgery if the first procedure was self-funded and not claimed through insurance.

If the first operation was paid for through your insurance, a special application must be made to see if your insurer will fund a further procedure.

10. What should I do first if I am considering surgery?

The first step is to speak with our team and share your insurance details so we can check the cover. From there, we can guide you towards the right bariatric consultation.

Insurance can feel complicated, especially when you are already trying to make a big decision about your health. The important thing to remember is that you do not have to figure it all out on your own. A consultation with our team can help you understand your options, and your insurer can provide clarity on your cover.

At Blackrock WeightCare, we see every day how life-changing bariatric surgery can be. Our team is here to answer your questions, support you through the process, and guide you towards the most effective path for your health.

The SADI-S procedure (Single Anastomosis Duodeno-Ileal Bypass with Sleeve Gastrectomy) is a powerful bariatric surgery option that combines restriction of food intake with a degree of malabsorption. While it can deliver excellent weight-loss and metabolic results, the changes it creates in your digestive system mean that nutrition must be carefully managed for the rest of your life.

Getting your diet right after SADI-S is not just about avoiding deficiencies—it’s about giving your body the right fuel to heal, function well, and sustain your long-term health.

Why Nutrition is Different After SADI-S

The SADI-S procedure involves two key changes:

A smaller stomach (sleeve gastrectomy) – This limits the amount of food you can eat at one time.

A bypass of part of the small intestine – This reduces calorie and nutrient absorption.

Because of these changes, patients are at greater risk of nutrient deficiencies than with restrictive procedures alone. Lifelong attention to diet, hydration, and supplementation is essential.

Core Nutritional Priorities After SADI-S

1. Protein Intake

Protein supports healing, muscle preservation, and energy. After SADI-S, your smaller stomach means you need to prioritise protein at every meal.

Target: 80–100g per day (as recommended by your dietitian)

Sources: Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, low-fat dairy, tofu, legumes

2. Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation

The bypassed section of intestine reduces absorption of many nutrients. Without supplementation, deficiencies can develop quickly.
Commonly required supplements include:

Multivitamin and mineral complex (high potency)

Vitamin B12 – often via injections or high-dose oral/sublingual forms

Iron – especially important for menstruating women

Calcium citrate with Vitamin D

Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) – due to reduced fat absorption

3. Hydration

With reduced stomach capacity, dehydration can happen easily.

Sip water regularly throughout the day

Avoid drinking with meals to prevent discomfort

Aim for at least 1.5–2 litres daily

4. Balanced Micronutrients

Even with supplements, it’s important to eat a variety of foods:

Fresh vegetables and fruits (for fibre, antioxidants, and phytonutrients)

Whole grains in small portions for slow-release energy

Healthy fats from sources like olive oil, avocado, and oily fish

5. Meal Structure

Because of the smaller stomach and altered absorption:

Eat 4–6 small meals a day

Chew food thoroughly and eat slowly

Focus on nutrient-dense foods—avoid “empty calories” from sugary drinks, sweets, or fried foods

6. Regular Blood Tests

Nutrient levels can change over time, even if you feel well. Scheduled blood tests help identify and correct deficiencies early.

Long-Term Lifestyle Habits

Nutrition after SADI-S isn’t just about the first year—it’s a lifelong commitment. Patients who succeed long-term tend to:

Follow their supplement plan daily

Keep protein as the main focus of meals

Limit alcohol and ultra-processed foods

Attend regular follow-up appointments

Personalised Advice Matters

While these are general nutritional considerations after SADI-S surgery, every patient’s needs are unique. Factors such as age, gender, existing health conditions, activity level, and personal goals will affect what’s right for you.

That’s why at Blackrock WeightCare, nutritional guidance is a core part of our structured aftercare programme. Our experienced dietitians work closely with you to create a plan tailored to your body’s needs, track your progress, and adjust as required—ensuring you get the best long-term results, safely.

If you’ve had or are considering SADI-S surgery, following your dietitian’s advice is essential. It’s the difference between general guidance and a plan that’s truly made for you.

At Blackrock WeightCare, we often meet individuals who’ve tried every diet under the sun, joined every fitness class going, and still struggle with their weight. If this sounds familiar, you’re far from alone – and more importantly, the science backs you up.

A major UK study published in the American Journal of Public Health examined over 177,000 adults with obesity and found that, despite the best intentions and efforts, very few people managed to reach a “normal” weight through diet and lifestyle alone.

What the Study Found

Over a 9-year period, with no surgical or medical interventions:

For people with Class 1 obesity (BMI 30–34.9):

Only 1 in 210 men and 1 in 124 women achieved normal weight.

For those with severe obesity (BMI 40–44.9):

Only 1 in 1,290 men and 1 in 677 women reached normal weight.

While some people did achieve short-term weight loss (5% of their body weight), most regained the weight within 2 to 5 years. These figures are stark—and they shine a light on just how difficult it is to manage obesity through lifestyle changes alone.

Why isn’t Diet and Exercise Enough?

There’s no doubt that a healthy diet and physical activity are vital for overall well-being. But when it comes to sustained significant weight loss, the story gets more complex. Obesity is a chronic medical condition influenced by genetics, hormones, metabolism, mental health, and environment. For many, willpower is simply not enough to overcome all of these challenges.

Factors such as:

Hormonal resistance to weight loss

Metabolic adaptation (your body burns fewer calories as you lose weight)

Food addiction and emotional eating

Lack of access to healthy food and time for exercise

…all combine to make long-term weight loss extraordinarily difficult to achieve and maintain without medical intervention.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you’ve been feeling frustrated, exhausted, or even ashamed after multiple failed attempts to lose weight, please know this: it’s not your fault. The statistics show that the odds are stacked against you when relying on diet and lifestyle alone.

But here’s the good news—you do have options.

At Blackrock WeightCare, we provide medical weight loss solutions that are tailored to your needs. From the non-surgical Allurion Gastric Balloon to life-changing procedures like Gastric Sleeve , Gastric Bypass and SADI-S surgery, our treatments are designed to support long-term, sustainable weight loss when other methods haven’t worked.

A more compassionate approach to Obesity Care

We believe it’s time to move away from blaming individuals and start focusing on real, science-based solutions. Obesity deserves to be treated with the same seriousness, structure, and support as any other chronic condition.

If you’re struggling, reach out. Our team is here to listen without judgment and guide you through your options. Because everyone deserves the chance to live a healthier, more confident life – and we’re here to help make that possible.
